Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number.
Manuals must be returned complete and in the same sealed condition received.
GearScript provides a prepaid return shipping label. There is no restocking fee.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. Optional expedited shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
